NEXTOUR is a Vietnamese travel and visa company founded in 2022, with offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Who we are

Nextour International Travel and Trading JSC specialises in visa services and international travel. Visa work is our core business rather than an add-on, which is why embassies have appointed us as an authorised submission agent.

Milestones

November 2022 — company founded, operating in domestic travel, outbound travel and visa services
June 2023 — appointed authorised visa submission agent by the Embassy of China in Hanoi
October 2024 — appointed authorised visa submission agent by the Embassy of Korea in Hanoi
November 2024 — became an authorised Chinese visa submission agent in Ho Chi Minh City

What an authorised agent means: the embassy itself designates the company to receive and submit applications on behalf of applicants. Files are checked before submission, which materially reduces rejections for procedural errors.
