Vietnam e-visa service

Processing options

What we need from you

• A clear photo or scan of your passport bio page, all four corners visible
• A portrait photo on a plain white background, no glasses
• Intended date of entry and the port where you will arrive
• Your address in Vietnam — a hotel booking is enough

Important limitations

• An e-visa cannot be extended from inside Vietnam. If you need to stay longer, you must exit and re-enter, or apply for a different visa category.
• On a multiple-entry e-visa, your first entry must be at the port stated on the visa. Later entries can use any of the 83 approved checkpoints.
• Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond arrival.
• Corrections after issue (name, date of birth, passport number) incur a separate fee — please check your details carefully before we submit.
