Judicial record certificate
The judicial record certificate (Phieu Ly lich tu phap) is required for most work permits, residence applications, study abroad files and immigration cases. NEXTOUR obtains it for you without you needing to travel to the issuing department.
Which one do you need?
- Number 1 — shows only convictions not yet expunged. Used for employment and most administrative purposes.
- Number 2 — shows the full record including expunged convictions. Required by most embassies for immigration and long-stay visas.
Number 2 must be requested by the individual in person or by authorised representation — we prepare the authorisation correctly.
Documents
- Certified copy of the ID card or passport
- Proof of residence or household registration
- Completed request form and authorisation letter
- For foreigners who have lived in Vietnam: temporary residence card or visa history
Also available
- Certified translation into English or other languages
- Consular legalisation and apostille for use abroad
- Notarisation of accompanying documents
