About NEXTOUR

NEXTOUR is a Vietnamese travel and visa company built around one specialism: getting people across borders with the paperwork right the first time.

We were founded by a team that had spent years inside the visa departments of larger agencies and grew frustrated with how the work was done — files sent in half-checked, clients left guessing, refusals blamed on the embassy. NEXTOUR was set up to do the opposite. Every file is reviewed before it is submitted. Every client knows where their application stands.

What we do

• Outbound visas for Vietnamese citizens to more than 20 countries, including the hardest markets — the US, the UK, Schengen, Canada and Australia.
• Inbound services for foreign visitors: Vietnam e-visa, visa on arrival, airport fast track, long-stay and visa runs.
• Passport and legal documents — new passports, renewals, judicial record certificates, consular legalisation.
• Tours — outbound group and private tours for Vietnamese travellers, inbound tours across Vietnam, and MICE.

• Authorised submission agent for the Embassy of China and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.
• Three offices: two in Hanoi, one in Ho Chi Minh City, covering the whole country.
• Partner network across Asia, Europe and the Middle East for ground handling and document verification.
• A B2B desk serving other travel agencies who outsource their visa work to us.

How we think about the work

A visa refusal is rarely about the country. It is almost always about the file — a missing document, an inconsistency between what the form says and what the bank statement shows, an itinerary that does not match the stated purpose. Those are solvable problems, and solving them is what we are paid for.

That is also why we do not quote a price before we understand a case. Two applicants for the same visa can need very different work.
