Documents you will need
1. Personal documents
- Original passport valid for at least six months with blank pages, plus any old passports
- Photographs to the standard of the destination country, taken within the last six months
- ID card and proof of residence
- Birth and marriage certificates where relevant; parental consent if a minor travels with one parent
2. Proof of employment
- Employees: labour contract, three months of payslips, approved leave request
- Business owners: business licence, tax receipts, financial statements
- Students: student card, school confirmation letter, approved leave
- Retirees: pension book and pension payment records
3. Proof of finances
- Savings book and bank statements for the last three to six months
- Asset documents: property title, vehicle registration, shareholdings
4. Trip documents
- Day-by-day itinerary
- Return flight and hotel reservations
- Travel insurance where required
- Invitation letter for business or family visits
