Asia desk — China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan

Our highest-volume work. NEXTOUR is an authorised submission agent for the Chinese and Korean embassies, so this desk deals with the consulates directly and can move files faster than a general agency.

Middle East and e-visa desk

Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, India, Pakistan, Russia and Egypt. Mostly online processes, which means the work is about accuracy and speed rather than paperwork volume.

Inbound desk

Vietnam e-visas, visa on arrival, airport fast track, long-stay extensions and visa runs for foreign residents, plus inbound tours.

Documents desk

Passports, judicial record certificates, translation, notarisation and consular legalisation — the supporting work that most visa files depend on.

Tour and MICE desk
